Tomte Hem Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen events can change your travel plans. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy to ensure a fair arrangement for both our guests and us:
Important note: The reservation of the holiday apartment is only binding after full payment has been received.
Free cancellation:
You can cancel your booking free of charge within 10 days of booking confirmation.
Cancellation up to 1 month before arrival:
If you cancel up to 1 month before the arrival date, we will charge 50% of the total price.
Cancellation less than 1 month before arrival:
If you cancel less than 1 month before the arrival date, no refund of the total price is possible.
Important NOTE:
We strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen events.
The refund will be made by bank transfer to the account specified by the guest.
